NemoClaw Culture provides an AI-powered design platform for personal and commercial creative use. You must be 13 years or older to use this service.
You retain ownership of all designs you create. By uploading content, you confirm you have the rights to use it. You grant NemoClaw a limited license to display your designs within the platform.
AI-generated images are provided for your use. You are responsible for ensuring your use of AI-generated content complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via PayPal. Early Bird pricing is locked for the lifetime of your subscription. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard.
We offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Contact hello@nemoclaw-web.com to request a refund.
You may not use NemoClaw to create content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes on third-party intellectual property rights.
NemoClaw Culture is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
