NemoClaw Culture ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We collect your email address when you sign up or join the waitlist. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name and profile picture. Payment transactions are handled by PayPal — we never store your card details. We also collect basic usage analytics (page views, feature usage) via Cloudflare Analytics.
Your data is used to provide and improve our services, send transactional emails (order confirmations, waitlist updates), and respond to support requests. We do not sell your data to third parties.
User data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS ap-northeast-1). Design files are stored securely and only accessible by you.
We use Google OAuth for authentication, PayPal for payments, Resend for transactional email, and Cloudflare for hosting and analytics. Each service has its own privacy policy.
You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by emailing hello@nemoclaw-web.com. We will process your request within 30 days.
